A group that meets weekly to hear what people are dealing with meets weekly starting this week. This is a Fresh Expressions. Fresh Expressions is an effort by the Cheyenne United Methodist Churches to meet people where they are in the community. Our group, Share Your Truth, is about listening to people with whatever is going on with them. This can be anything as simple as “Today I’m Dealing With: I spilled my coffee on my shirt on the way to work.” to “Today I’m Dealing With: struggles with family relationships, anxiety, depression, etc.”  We are not professional counselors, but we want to be a listening ear. Whatever is said in these meetings is confidential.
